1. Great substrate to work with

   I have been ordering these for some time now and have always been please with the product. (I do believe that you need to find the best heating time and pressure for the heat press that you own, since I can see a difference in the two that I own. I came down almost 30 degrees and went with light pressure for MY best results.) Even better is the personal service I receive when I call to ask a question or have difficulty in ordering.

2. Great Ornament Blanks!

   These ornaments are larger than most and sublimate beautifully. I had an issue and contacted customer service. Even though the problem was with my printer, they contacted me quickly and were very helpful. I give them an A+ for speedy shipment and top-notch customer service. Thank you!

4. Wonderful ornaments

   This was my first time ever purchasing from digitalgrafx so I was a little skeptical, but everything went great!!!!
   Their customer service is amazing, and so are these nice large ornaments. They are a very nice size, and the colors sublimate extremely well. I have gotten so many compliments from customers who bought multiple of these from me. 10 out of 10 and lots of 5 star reviews. I absolutely recommend them. Don't hesitate to buy these.
   
   I set my heat press to 365 degrees and for 45 seconds. They come out beautiful every single time. Thanks so much!!!!

5. Look great when printed!

   Loved the ornaments. They came out beautiful. My only request would be that the top hole was a tiny tiny bit smaller and moved a tiny tiny bit up. When I use a curved saying over the picture, I have to move the text down quite a bit so it doesn't cut off the top of the letters. What I really liked was the friendly customer service. The person that does the mailing should get a raise.....his packing abilities were awesome.......it took 2 adults to get the package open and everything was in perfect condition. Thank you for asking.......

   These were beautiful ornaments that my customers have loved (Make sure you follow direction for best look). I thought I knew how to sublimate them and my first 6 were too faded, followed the directions and they were perfect

   All of their pieces sublimate beautifully. In over 75 products made i have not had one defective finished product. Service & delivery are excellent !
