Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Digital Grafx ships all orders with a focus on speed, accuracy, and secure packaging. Every shipment is prepared to protect your materials in transit and maintain the coating quality and flatness required for production‑grade results.

Processing & Turnaround

Most orders ship same day or next business day, depending on order size and current production volume. Larger or custom‑cut orders may require additional handling time, and we will notify you if any delay is expected.

Packaging Standards

We package all aluminum blanks and sublimation materials using protective wrap, rigid support, and reinforced boxing to prevent bending, corner damage, or coating abrasion during transit.

Shipping Damage

If your shipment is damaged in transit:

  • Photograph each side of the box, including the shipping label

  • Do not dispose of the packaging

  • Notify us immediately

We handle the carrier claim directly. We will send a return label for the damaged material and replace the product without delay. You never get stuck in the middle.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If anything in your order is incorrect, missing, or not up to Digital Grafx production standards, contact us right away. We correct the issue immediately — no long forms, no complicated processes, no waiting for “evaluations.”

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, with store credit offering the fastest way to place a replacement order without waiting for bank processing times.

Please package the item securely in a box with packing paper so no damage occurs during return shipping. All returned items are inspected to ensure they are received in the same condition in which they were originally delivered.

If the Return Is Our Error

If the return is the result of our error — such as receiving an incorrect or defective item — we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. We will also replace the item in lieu of a refund so you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.

Refund Timing

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after you give your package to the return carrier. This timeframe includes:

  • Carrier transit back to us: usually 3–5 business days

  • Return processing once received: typically 1–2 business days

  • Bank processing time: generally 1–3 business days

Many refunds are completed even sooner.

How to Start a Return

Log in to your account, open the order under “Complete Orders”, and click Return Item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed.
